रागद्वेषवियुक्तैस्तु विषयानिन्द्रियैश्चरन् ।
आत्मवश्यैर्विधेयात्मा प्रसादमधिगच्छति ॥२- ६४॥
raagadweShawiyuktaistu wiShayaanindriyaishcharan ।
aatmawashyairwidheyaatmaa prasaadamadhigachChati ॥२- ६४॥

But, disjoined from desire, hatred, amidst perception objects,
Self-dependent, Self-controlled, grace accrues.
However, grace accrues to a person who remains detached from desire or aversion, even amidst objects of perception. Such a person is independent and self-controlled.

A disciplined person, enjoying sense objects with senses that are under control and free from likes and dislikes, attains tranquillity.
One who can control his senses by practicing the regulated principles of freedom can obtain the complete mercy of the Lord and thus become free from all attachment and aversion.
