श्रुतिविप्रतिपन्ना ते यदा स्थास्यति निश्चला ।
समाधावचला बुद्धिस्तदा योगमवाप्स्यसि ॥२- ५३॥
shrutiwipratipannaa te yadaa sthaasyati nishchalaa ।
samaadhaawachalaa buddhistadaa yogamawaapsyasi ॥२- ५३॥

When, bewildered by Vedic dogma, your cogitations settle motionless,
Unmoving in concentration, then you will attain yoga.

When your intellect, that is confused by the conflicting opinions and the ritualistic doctrine of the Vedas, shall stay steady and firm with the Self, then you shall attain Self-realization.
When your mind is no longer disturbed by the flowery language of the Vedas, and when it remains fixed in the trance of self-realization, then you will have attained the divine consciousness.
