मया प्रसन्नेन तवार्जुनेदं
: रूपं परं दर्शितमात्मयोगात् ।
तेजोमयं विश्वमनन्तमाद्यं
: यन्मे त्वदन्येन न दृष्टपूर्वम् ॥११- ४७॥
श्रीभगवानुवाच
मया प्रसन्नेन तवार्जुनेदं
: रूपं परं दर्शितमात्मयोगात् ।
तेजोमयं विश्वमनन्तमाद्यं
: यन्मे त्वदन्येन न दृष्टपूर्वम् ॥११- ४७॥
shriibhagawaanuwaacha
mayaa prasannena tawaarjunedaM
: roopaM paraM darshitamaatmayogaat ।
tejomayaM wishwamanantamaadyaM
: yanme twadanyena na dRRiShTapoorwam ॥११- ४७॥

The blessed lord said,
By my gratification, to you, Arjuna,
This supreme form has been displayed through My yoga.
Abundantly radiant, universal, infinite, primal,
This [form] of mine, has been seen by no other than you before.

The Supreme Lord said: O Arjuna, being pleased with you I have shown you, through My own yogic powers, this supreme, shining, universal, infinite, and primal form of Mine that has never been seen before by anyone other than you.
The Blessed Lord said: My dear Arjuna, happily do I show you this universal form within the material world by My internal potency. No one before you has ever seen this unlimited and glaringly effulgent form.
