दिवि सूर्यसहस्रस्य भवेद्युगपदुत्थिता ।
यदि भाः सदृशी सा स्याद्भासस्तस्य महात्मनः ॥११- १२॥
diwi sooryasahasrasya bhawedyugapadutthitaa ।
yadi bhaaH sadRRishii saa syaadbhaasastasya mahaatmanaH ॥११- १२॥

The light of a thousand suns, should they simultaneously rise,
That light would resemble perhaps the light of that great soul.

If the splendor of thousands of suns were to blaze forth all at once in the sky, even that would not resemble the splendor of that exalted being.
If hundreds of thousands of suns rose up at once into the sky, they might resemble the effulgence of the Supreme Person in that universal form.
