नियतं सङ्गरहितमरागद्वेषतः कृतम् ।

Dutifully done, without attachment, lust, hatred,
By one not longing for results, that work is called sattvic.

Obligatory duty performed without likes, dislikes, and attachment by the one who does not desire fruit is said to be Saattvika.
As for actions, that action in accordance with duty, which is performed without attachment, without love or hate, by one who has renounced fruitive results, is called action in the mode of goodness.
