ईश्वरः सर्वभूतानां हृद्देशेऽर्जुन तिष्ठति ।
भ्रामयन्सर्वभूतानि यन्त्रारूढानि मायया ॥१८- ६१॥
iishwaraH sarwabhootaanaaM hRRiddeshe'rjuna tiShThati ।
bhraamayansarwabhootaani yantraarooDhaani maayayaa ॥१८- ६१॥

All meandering beings affixed to a revolving machine by illusion.

The Lord abides in the heart of all beings, O Arjuna, causing all beings to act (or work out their Karma) by His power of Maya as if they are (puppets of Karma) mounted on a machine.
The Supreme Lord is situated in everyone's heart, O Arjuna, and is directing the wanderings of all living entities, who are seated as on a machine, made of the material energy.
