तत्रैवं सति कर्तारमात्मानं केवलं तु यः ।
पश्यत्यकृतबुद्धित्वान्न स पश्यति दुर्मतिः ॥१८- १६॥
tatraiwaM sati kartaaramaatmaanaM kewalaM tu yaH ।
pashyatyakRRitabuddhitwaanna sa pashyati durmatiH ॥१८- १६॥

Just so, he who considers himself the sole agent of action,
So seeing due to imperfection of the intellect, he does not see, by corrupt reasoning.

This being the case; the ignorant person who considers oneself as the sole agent due to imperfect understanding does not understand.
Therefore one who thinks himself the only doer, not considering the five factors, is certainly not very intelligent and cannot see things as they are.
