श्रीभगवानुवाच
पार्थ नैवेह नामुत्र विनाशस्तस्य विद्यते ।
न हि कल्याणकृत्कश्चिद्दुर्गतिं तात गच्छति ॥६- ४०॥
श्रीभगवानुवाच
पार्थ नैवेह नामुत्र विनाशस्तस्य विद्यते ।
न हि कल्याणकृत्कश्चिद्दुर्गतिं तात गच्छति ॥६- ४०॥
shriibhagawaanuwaacha
paartha naiweha naamutra winaashastasya widyate ।
na hi kalyaaNakRRitkashchiddurgatiM taata gachChati ॥६- ४०॥

The blessed lord said,
Partha, certainly not here, nor in the next world, can the destruction of this occur.
Neither does a promoter of welfare ever go a bad way, dear son.

The Supreme Lord said: There is no destruction, O Arjuna, for such a yogi either here or hereafter. A transcendentalist is never put to grief (or bad state), My dear friend.
The Blessed Lord said: Son of Prtha, a transcendentalist engaged in auspicious activities does not meet with destruction either in this world or in the spiritual world; one who does good, My friend, is never overcome by evil.
