न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम् ।
जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान्युक्तः समाचरन् ॥३- २६॥
na buddhibhedaM janayedadnyaanaaM karmasa~Nginaam ।
joShayetsarwakarmaaNi widwaanyuktaH samaacharan ॥३- २६॥

No disturbance in the thinking generating, of the unwise attached to action,
Indulging [them], all obligations, the wise, unattached, thoroughly fulfill.
The wise, unattached, thoroughly fulfill all obligations, indulging the unwise, who are attached to action, without creating any disturbance in their thinking.

The wise should not unsettle the mind of the ignorant who is attached to the fruits of work, but the enlightened one should inspire others by performing all works efficiently without attachment. (See also 3.29)
Let not the wise disrupt the minds of the ignorant who are attached to fruitive action, they should not be encouraged to refrain from work, but to engage in work in the spirit of devotion.
