पुरुषः स परः पार्थ भक्त्या लभ्यस्त्वनन्यया ।
यस्यान्तःस्थानि भूतानि येन सर्वमिदं ततम् ॥८- २२॥
puruShaH sa paraH paartha bhaktyaa labhyastwananyayaa ।
yasyaantaHsthaani bhootaani yena sarwamidaM tatam ॥८- २२॥

That supreme person, Partha, achieved by the unswerving devotee,
In that final place, all beings are situated there.

This Supreme abode, O Arjuna, is attainable by unswerving devotion to Me within which all beings exist, and by which all this universe is pervaded. (See also 9.04 and 11.55)
The Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is greater than all, is attainable by unalloyed devotion. Although He is present in His abode, He is all-pervading, and everything is situated within Him.
