अपरे नियताहाराः प्राणान्प्राणेषु जुह्वति ।
सर्वेऽप्येते यज्ञविदो यज्ञक्षपितकल्मषाः ॥४-३०॥

apare niyataahaaraaH praaNaanpraaNeShu juhwati ।

sarwe'pyete yadnyawido yadnyakShapitakalmaShaaH ॥४-३०॥

Others, regulating diet, sacrifice life force in life force.
Every one of these skilled sacrificers destroy sin by sacrifice.

Others restrict their diet and offer their inhalations as sacrifice into their inhalations. All these are the knowers of sacrifice, and are purified by (theirs) sacrifice.
