मां च योऽव्यभिचारेण भक्तियोगेन सेवते ।
स गुणान्समतीत्यैतान्ब्रह्मभूयाय कल्पते ॥१४- २६॥
maaM cha yo'wyabhichaareNa bhaktiyogena sewate ।
sa guNaansamatiityaitaanbrahmabhooyaaya kalpate ॥१४- २६॥

And one who serves me with determination joined to devotion,
That one, having transcended these qualities, qualifies for becoming Brahma.

The one who offers service to Me with love and unswerving devotion transcends Gunas, and becomes fit for realizing Brahman. (See also 7.14 and 15.19)
One who engages in full devotional service, who does not fall down in any circumstance, at once transcends the modes of material nature and thus comes to the level of Brahman.
