बहूनां जन्मनामन्ते ज्ञानवान्मां प्रपद्यते ।
वासुदेवः सर्वमिति स महात्मा सुदुर्लभः ॥७- १९॥
bahoonaaM janmanaamante dnyaanawaanmaaM prapadyate ।
waasudewaH sarwamiti sa mahaatmaa sudurlabhaH ॥७- १९॥

At the end of many births, that one resorts to me who knows
All this to be the universal deity. That great soul is indeed rare.

After many births the wise ones resort (or surrender) to Me by realizing that everything is (a manifestation of) Brahman indeed. Such a great soul is very rare.
After many births and deaths, he who is actually in knowledge surrenders unto Me, knowing Me to be the cause of all causes and all that is. Such a great soul is very rare.
