येऽप्यन्यदेवताभक्ता यजन्ते श्रद्धयान्विताः ।
तेऽपि मामेव कौन्तेय यजन्त्यविधिपूर्वकम् ॥९- २३॥
ye'pyanyadewataabhaktaa yajante shraddhayaanwitaaH ।
te'pi maamewa kaunteya yajantyawidhipoorwakam ॥९- २३॥

Even those who are devotees of other gods, sacrificing faithfully,
Even they sacrifice to me, O son of Kunti, improperly.

O Arjuna, even those devotees who worship demigods with faith, they too worship Me, but in an improper way.
Whatever a man may sacrifice to other gods, O son of Kunti, is really meant for Me alone, but it is offered without true understanding.
