सर्वकर्माणि मनसा संन्यस्यास्ते सुखं वशी ।
नवद्वारे पुरे देही नैव कुर्वन्न कारयन् ॥५- १३॥
sarwakarmaaNi manasaa saMnyasyaaste sukhaM washii ।
nawadwaare pure dehii naiwa kurwanna kaarayan ॥५- १३॥

Mentally putting in order all actions, the controlled abides happily
In the nine-gate town, the embodied neither doing nor causing to be done.

A person who has subdued the senses and completely renounced (the fruits of) all works, dwells happily in the City of Nine Gates, neither performing nor directing action.
When the embodied living being controls his nature and mentally renounces all actions, he resides happily in the city of nine gates [the material body], neither working nor causing work to be done.
