यदा भूतपृथग्भावमेकस्थमनुपश्यति ।
तत एव च विस्तारं ब्रह्म संपद्यते तदा ॥१३- ३०॥
yadaa bhootapRRithagbhaawamekasthamanupashyati ।
tata ewa cha wistaaraM brahma saMpadyate tadaa ॥१३- ३०॥

When [one] perceives differentiated beings as one,
And from that very one proliferated, then [one] receives Brahma.

When one perceives diverse variety of beings resting in One and spreading out from That alone, then one attains Brahman.
When a sensible man ceases to see different identities, which are due to different material bodies, he attains to the Brahman conception. Thus he sees that beings are expanded everywhere.
