प्रकृत्यैव च कर्माणि क्रियमाणानि सर्वशः ।
यः पश्यति तथात्मानमकर्तारं स पश्यति ॥१३- २९॥
prakRRityaiwa cha karmaaNi kriyamaaNaani sarwashaH ।
yaH pashyati tathaatmaanamakartaaraM sa pashyati ॥१३- २९॥

And by nature itself are all doings done:
Who sees thus the Self as non-doer, that one sees.

Those who perceive that all works are done by the (Gunas of) Prakriti alone, and thus they are not the doer, they truly understand. (See also 3.27, 5.09, and 14.19)
One who can see that all activities are performed by the body, which is created of material nature, and sees that the self does nothing, actually sees.
