अभ्यासेऽप्यसमर्थोऽसि मत्कर्मपरमो भव ।
मदर्थमपि कर्माणि कुर्वन्सिद्धिमवाप्स्यसि ॥१२- १०॥
abhyaase'pyasamartho'si matkarmaparamo bhawa ।
madarthamapi karmaaNi kurwansiddhimawaapsyasi ॥१२- १०॥

[If] unable even to do discipline, be devoted to My work,
Even by performing works for Me will you attain spiritual accomplishment.

If you are unable even to do any Sadhana, then be intent on performing your duty for Me. You shall attain perfection just by working for Me (as an instrument, just to serve and please Me, without selfish motives). (See also 9.27, 18.46)
If you cannot practice the regulations of bhakti-yoga, then just try to work for Me, because by working for Me you will come to the perfect stage.
