अनेकचित्तविभ्रान्ता मोहजालसमावृताः ।
प्रसक्ताः कामभोगेषु पतन्ति नरकेऽशुचौ ॥१६- १६॥

Bewildered by innumerable thoughts, ensnared in a web of temptation,
Fixated upon fulfillment of lusts, they fall into a foul hell.

Thus perplexed by various anxieties and bound by a network of illusions, one becomes too strongly attached to sense enjoyment and falls down into hell.
