अभिसंधाय तु फलं दम्भार्थमपि चैव यत् ।
इज्यते भरतश्रेष्ठ तं यज्ञं विद्धि राजसम् ॥१७- १२॥

abhisaMdhaaya tu phalaM dambhaarthamapi chaiwa yat ।

ijyate bharatashreShTha taM yadnyaM widdhi raajasam ॥१७- १२॥

But those who, for display, fruit, or even out of hypocrisy
Perform, O great Bharat, know their sacrifice to be raajasic.
